Our company name, 16properties.in, derives its name from the number 16. There is a saying in Tamil that states, “பதினாறும் பெற்று பெருவாழ்வு வாழ்க” which mainly refers to 16 wealths, a benediction given by the elderly to newlywed couples.
In keeping with this idea, we also hope and wish for all of our users to experience all 16 wealths’ and prosperities during their lifetimes.
